2.4 Right to Suspend Accounts

joy955 may suspend or close accounts without prior notice for the following reasons—

• If there is suspicion of bonus abuse or manipulation of the game system
• If there are activities believed to involve money laundering
• If it is found that more than one duplicate account has been opened

3.1 Deposit System

Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Players may only deposit from a payment account registered in their own name; third-party payments are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals will be processed within 10–45 minutes of the request, though this may take longer until banking verification is complete. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

joy955 offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to 300,000 Ks. Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus for a total of 44,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is the bonus amount × 20 = 480,000 Ks. Deposit 520,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus for a total of 820,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 6,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount must be completed. Winnings from the bonus may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. If the requirement is not completed within the specified period from the date the bonus was received, the bonus may be forfeited.

4.3 One Per Player

Each promotion, including the welcome bonus, may be claimed only once per player. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using the same IP address, device, or payment account will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.

4.4 Promotion Adjustments

joy955 reserves the right to change the end dates, amounts, and wagering requirements of promotions with prior notice. Players who continue to participate after a change is made are considered to have accepted that change.
